Costs/Payment/Cancellations:

Registration form with check must be postmarked no later than September 29, 2008.   Cost includes lodging for two nights, dinner on Friday night, three meals on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, all snacks, workshops and workshop materials.

$275 double occupancy - prior attendee or NASW member
$315 single occupancy - prior attendee or NASW member
$285 double occupancy - new attendee
$325 single occupancy - new attendee

Registration form with check must be postmarked by September 29!!  No registrations can be accepted if postmarked after September 29.   Space is limited to only 40 participants, so register early!\

Registration and payment in full in advance is required. 

No refunds can be made after September 15, 2008.  Cancellations made before September 15 are refunded with a $160 service charge retained.
