Packing List and Safety Information:
Please remember that accommodations are double-occupancy
rooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, and private
bath. All linens are provided. Rooms are heated and air
conditioned. Please bring clothing that can be layered for
comfort. Each cluster of 12 rooms has a lounge area with
small refrigerator and snack area. If you have special
dietary needs, please label your items that you place in the
common area. While most walking areas are wooden decks,
some areas are uneven, so bring appropriate footwear. If
you are sensitive or have allergies to certain plants or
insects, please bring repellant and medications. We cannot
assume any liability for personal items or injuries. Please
note: not all areas of Trinity Center are accessible for
those with disabilities (all meeting and lodging areas are
accessible, however). We want you to be comfortable, so
bring everything with you that you think you’ll need for the
weekend.
Please
Bring:
- A candle that will burn for several hours in an enclosed drip-proof
container
- Meaningful item for altar
- Drum, rattle, if you have them
- Coffee cup and water bottle
- Journal, pens
- Rain gear
- Emergency contact name and number
- Flashlight
- Bugspray
- Personal medications
- Special food or drink you need, please label
- Comfortable clothes
- Closed-toe shoes
- Toiletries
Upon receipt of registration, a
confirmation letter, written driving directions, and this
packing list will be EMAILED to you (snail mail if you don't
have email.)
